1. Install and test the equipment in the related area
2. Train the users on the operation and maintenance of new or existing equipment
3. Have the equipment accepted after the equipment installation is completed
4. Provide after-sales service, troubleshooting, replacement and sales of parts for customers in the area; Cooperate with sales engineer to maintain customer relationships, make return visits to customers, and  collect feedback on the use of equipment from customers.

· The duties in all of mainland China are

1. Take the lead in installation, start up, testing & training as well as obtaining the final customer acceptance after installation of large customized equipment throughout China
2. In preparation for such installations support the customer acceptance in our factory as well as the disassembly and preparation for shipment of such systemst
3. Supporting the preparation of documentation that may be required by the customers prior to or during such installations
4. Supporting the preparation of documentation that may be required by the customers prior to or during such installations

· Further Duties

1. upporting the international service engineers with installations and service trips to Hongkong, Macao, Taiwan and other Asian countries
2. Complying with the work processes and procedures described in the quality manual
3. Other tasks as they may be assigned from time to time by the Manager of the Service Department or the top management.
